With a powerful liquid-cooled V-twin engine that displaces 1700cc, the new Vulcan 1700 Vaquero is not all that different from its predecessor when we refer to the tech/engine side.

It still has the helpful electronic cruise control, which once activated, remains active even on uphill climbs. The long-stroke 102 x 104 mm bore and stroke dimensions produces high torque levels, and the valve-actuation system uses a single overhead cam arrangement for better mid/high level rpms power delivery.

What's new in the 2013 MY is the visual side. With aggressive blacked-out color on the engine, paired by machined and bare-aluminium accents that give it a more modern look.
The Vaquero is available for purchase with optional ABS, in metallic flat spark black or candy burnt orange/ ebony with classic flame artwork on the saddlebags, fuel tank and the front cowl.
